brilliant hotel, great staff, amazing location close to the rezzonico vaporetto stop. fairly quiet and modest room with constant hot water and excellent service. location so close to a quiet square with good restaurants, and all the touristic places.

The location offered was marvellous and charming next to Venice, and the Dosoduro, and the maze that is Venezia. The staff served cereals, pastries, yoghourt, jam and fruit for breakfast.

Fairly clean and PERFECT property with savoury continental breakfasts and superfriendly staff. Vintage double room, very comfy beds. Clean, spacious bathroom. Excellent, marvellous location in Venice, short walk to bridges, and the tourist area which was a plus. Also, in an interesting back neighborhood.

Modest and fairly clean place, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Soft drinks and tea, milk, cereals, pastries and yoghourt. Absolutely charming building, perfect and excellent location near a quiet canal that is literally minutes away from Campo Santa Margherita and other lively piazzas, major attractions and the vaporetto station. The hotel of choice in Venice.
