No reason to complain, the hotel met expectations. Stayed here for 2 nights and appreciated our choice. The location was magnificent - just next door to a lovely square, and restaurants. It also was in the heart of the city. Affable and amicable staff who were always there to help.

The room was spotless, with comfy beds, excellent aircon, as for instance, slept really well. An electric kettle and a fridge were a plus. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - at a short distance from a wide canal. The restaurant was located within 200 metres;)))

There were no nets on window when I arrived.

planned to see venice major attractions and it was nice place for visiting all of them. throughout the day staff were affable. the location for venice was marvellous and brilliant, near old venice and a lovely square.
