Everything was fine, excellent location close to after a central budget stay, Piazza San Marco and all the main attractions, very very good experience. Its staff was helpful and efficient. The booked room was spotless with a lagoon view.

Everything was great, impeccably clean hotel, great location to St Marc's Square. The room of place was quiet with a view. Extra touches like central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a study table were a treat, staff were excellent!

The location was incredible to St Marks square. The staff was excellent and efficient and the host too. The unit we got was spotless and perfect with an extra bed, a view of st marks plus fresh towels.

Had 3 nights in Venice, spending our time here lovely. It was large, cosy and with a view. The staff and the host were all very amiable and excellent. The location was amazing, at a moderate distance from Giardini della Biennale Parkland. The restaurant was good and served freshly cooked food. We thoroughly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.
Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
