The stay was really nice. The place was pleasant and little, it worked for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the patio during the breakfast. Had stunning and wonderful location away from attractions.

I lovely spend 3 nights in Venice. I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional-style building and my beautifully designed room with a view. The breakfast had a wide range of croissants and cheese.

It was an enchanting and quiet little hotel in a charming area, close to the main sights, Dorsoduro, lovely and lively neighbourhood, where many tourists do n't go, and an old church. The staff members were welcoming and pleasant and suggested local places.

The hotel was clean and the location was great and magnificent in a pleasant area. Location: the property was near to beautiful Dorsoduro. Local fast food option Pizza Kebab Toletta was 5 minutes walk away.

The location was stunning and lovely, walking distance to such places like a museum and a church. Got well-designed and good sized double room with a green terrace on the top as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff was pleasant, solved my issues.

Thank you for making our stay really nice. Absolutely charming, clean place, worth its 3 stars. The staff is attentive and accommodates all of guests' needs. Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the garden. The location is excellent and comfortable, close to everything. There is Pizza Kebab Toletta serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel.

It was beautiful, fashionable and with good a/c. The location was great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Academy Bridge. A small grocery store and shops were right next door.
