The units are huge, double superior with breakfast. The location is magnificent and perfect if you want to see a main street and a gallery close to the hotel.

My stay was good for three nights. The superior queen room I stayed in was air conditioned for my baggage. The setting was fantastic, close enough to the main train station and water taxi lines, restaurants and all other facilities and supermarkets and markets and restaurants.

Particularly good and unbeatable location, it was close enough to an overgrown garden area, the restaurants and the historical '' Casino' di Venezia ''.

Delightful hotel with caring personnel and magnificent view to the Marina. Very very quiet location - walking distance to a train station. Comfortable bed in the single room, plus a fridge, air conditioning, and a TV set. Local food served, delicious breakfast.

The rooms were large and good-sized with climate control, a balcony, and a chair. We enjoyed the view of river. Its location in Venice was magnificent, right by St Mark's Square, and two vaporetto stops near enough to the railway station and St Nova the Main Street.

The staff were competent and extremely friendly and the location was perfect in the Cannaregio area.

The whole place was immaculately clean and the staff were caring. The room was air-conditioned, the bed was large.

It was in an absolutely perfect location with a wide canal nearby. There were shopping streets and a main market around the hotel👍😀

Excellent little place with magnificent views. Excellent location in the fascinating area, close to the Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma and Cannaregio.

The location was incredible, at a short distance from a wide canal. Visited few places in the centre, within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The place was good small, we greatly enjoyed it. Its location at a medium distance from an ornate footbridge was absolutely perfect. Had local and nice meal in the garden...

I would definitely recommend the venue to all. The hotel is immaculately clean and quirky, offers very very quiet location within walking distance of everything.

The staff was super-friendly and accommodating, so I would love to come back here some time. Thank you everyone for a really nice stay for three nights. The venue was set in the very central position short walk to the Grand Canal, a garden, which is like "an oasis in the desert " of masonry and water and restaurants and shops and public transportation. It also was very close to a stop of the river boats. I had breakfast in the garden.

A QUIRKY hotel, magnificent views, unbeatable location on a water taxi. Brand-new, air conditioned room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. The staff was very helpful and the bed was comfortable.

It's a great hotel for a trip in Venice. Excellent setting really close to a bus stop. Good breakfast was available...
