The room was comfortable, the decor was traditional. Got the view of street. The location was unbeatable for walking around a cathedral church. Besides, it was close enough to all attractions in Venice.

We did not want to leave there, 100% recommend. Had very lovely stay during our visit, the staff were caring, location was perfect close to major landmarks. Loved top-notch room, bed was very big. The decor here was very bright. Location: the hotel was near to Venice at Casa Fenice, many eateries and two key attraction points-Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square.

Top-notch room, the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was very very good, the best I've had. The location was good and stunning, just off Casa Fenice in early June for a 2-night stay, all the main attractions and all the main sites, in a very nice quiet area. Excellent service was provided here. Extremely friendly and excellent co-operating staff suggested restaurants.

The room was big with brilliant touches when upgraded. The breakfast was included in the price and had a GREAT selection of meals. I truly enjoyed this hotel because the location was great and super just off everything/all amenities/places of interest, the Santa Lucia train station and San Polo / Santa Croce. The staff team was kind and cordial.

Everything was great and truly enjoyed my stay there. The room I booked was neat and unique with venetian antiques, superb bathroom and the best water pressure. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff welcoming and pleasant.

Top-notch & fashionable unit with comfy bed & excellent air con, portable internet access, an area for breakfast a closet. Location close enough to all the other tourist sights as well as nice neighbourhoods like San Polo / Santa Croce.
