the rooms were impeccably clean and with a kitchenette, a walk-in shower, as for instance. the location of this hotel was incredible and magnificent.

I had a perfect stay and would happily return! Loved my 3 nights stay. It was outstanding, clean and with a walk-in shower. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a soaring Gothic church.

Everything was brand-new during 3 days, thoroughly enjoyed its incredible and good location near to the pier, the Zattere and the Canal Grande and St Marks square. Our whole experience was just perfect, recommend.
