I booked absolutely spotless room with tea/coffee making equipment and a mini-bar. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus.

No complains at all, I recommend this hotel and would want to stay there again. It's overall clean, ideal accommodation within 10 minutes' walk of the metro. The staff are amicable, and the host too.

The affable and great staff with great attitude to guests. Exceptionally clean building, convenient location short walk to pubs and the boats to the airport, train station and other islands.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with particularly good and stunning location in a quiet area and brand-new rooms. All the staff was amiable, solved my issues. My room included iron and ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV. Had lovely bed with the street view. My stay here was relaxing!

Its location was particularly good and stunning very close to Ca' D' Oro vaporetto stop. The place was close to Osteria da Alberto, where you can have dinner. The double room was brand-new with thoughtful touches for guests, the bed was very comfy.

The hotel was perfect and quiet, with excellent location very close to the grand canal. The room we had included an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an iron/ironing board. The staff were superfriendly and wonderful day and night.

I enjoyed staying at this small hotel because of the quiet ambience. The venue's position was secluded. Cafe Bake & Cake located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Everything was second to none, I recommend.

Location close enough to both San Marco and Ponte di Rialto, Rialto Bridge, Piazza San Marco and many other sightseeing spots and major sites of attraction in Venice. Superfriendly staff during my stay.
