The location for our purpose was perfect and excellent, near a train station. Plus it was in a quiet area.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this small hotel. Most of the staffs were amiable and lovely! The location was quiet in the residential area. Santa Croce district was worth staying in. I went to a good restaurant and enjoyed the regional dishes.

The twin/double room is spotless and has a mini-bar, central heating, and a flat-screen television. It has perfect location, the train station was close to the place.

Convenient and excellent location to St Mark's square and pretty quiet area. Easy walk to a soaring Gothic church. Large, pleasantly furnished units provided with pretty views as well as nice bathroom.

Comfortable trendy boutique place with perfect and convenient location near a vaporetto stop nearby, and Italy. Quiet atmosphere of this hotel and excellent friendly and amicable staff. Wonderful experience there.

The breakfast was very good and complete with fresh fruits and warm croissants.

Double room with balcony, nice bathroom, for example was ready when we arrived. There were an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware, enjoyed it.

It's good base for sightseeing and exploring Venice. Everyone is amicable and host too. Plus, the location is comfortable and excellent, minutes from a wide canal. And it's near to a vaporetto station, and the centre.
