Everything was perfect, exceptionally attentive staff, perfect location adjacent to a quite area, the canals, and many restaurants. The breakfast was great with cheeses and bacon daily, as example, you will not be disappointed. I truly enjoyed 1 night there.

Great and delightful food.

The property was fairly clean with great and kind staff. Immaculate and magnificent rooms with the decor which is pretty stunning. Had frescos.

Beds were rock hard.

The room was stunning and magnificent, with a personal safe, climate control, and a mini bar. The breakfast offered was great with cheeses and fresh custom coffee made by the man himself, as for instance, couldn't have asked for more.

Charming location central on the island, kind staff, everything was great. The food selection was fabulous. We stayed in absolutely stunning room with a sofa, and liked it.

All the staff is knowledgeable and amiable and is engaged to make your stay real good! Huge a nice size rooms, they are provided with the decor which is pretty stunning and drinks.

It had marvellous and lovely location, near to two vaporetto stops, the Strada Nova and a castle or a museum.

The staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, very attentive, and everything was good. Beautifully decorated and heated room with the decor which is pretty stunning was enjoyable. Central heating, a work desk, and satellite television were good.

Everything was great, brilliant location short walk to shops and restaurants as well as Ca d'Oro vaporetto stop, great staff. Truly enjoyed the absolutely stunning and magnificent room with the decor which is pretty stunning and the way it was setup. The food was fab, drinks were cold.

I had an a nice size and brand-new room with comfortable bed and a terrace and a hair dryer. Hotel's staff was very friendly all the time.

Magnificent, stunning room with the bathroom, a fan, as for instance, and charming location. Great breakfast with the meats and cheeses, as example.

The location of the hotel was particularly good and lovely - relatively close to Santa Fosca.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, an ornate footbridge was just a short stroll away from the hotel. We found it in a great area right by quiet area and many restaurants and shops. Liked the absolutely stunning and magnificent room with a sofa.

The venue was well-kept, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent right by Rialto bridge and Marco-place. The rooms were a nice size and brand-new and equipped with an air conditioning.

I had huge and neat room with cleaning supplies. Location: the hotel was not far from most tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping, and Murano and Burano. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Il Santo Bevitore.

The room overlooking canal was a nice size and brand-new. A terrace and a hair dryer were useful. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal, for example, an ornate footbridge was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

an absolutely brilliant property, clean, marvellous and brilliant location close to city centre. lovely building and rooms with a sofa. a huge variety of fabulous food at breakfast time. great way to end our trip.

Its location not too far away from a main street was magnificent. Plus, it was close to Venice, water at a much cheaper price and a museum.

My bed was too hard, unfortunately.

It was in a very central setting to Ca d'Oro vaporetto stop on line 1. I appreciated the breakfast served at the lobby.

It's right place for sightseeing and exploring Venice. Only 15 min walk to downtown. Suite was the best. This hotel met standard...

Worth its 4 stars.

Excellent place all in all. The nearby restaurant, the holy drinker, was as close as 200 feet from the hotel. If we return to Venice we would like to go back there again.

We appreciated staff and the food. Hotel was near to a bus stop - you can go everywhere. We could see the canal from our balcony
