sensational breakfast, neat hotel, magnificent location convenient to take the water bus. breakfast with croissant and juice, as example. amicable and very amiable people working here, warm room. location near to the centre of venice as well as the university area and the galleria dell'accademia. early check in and late check out.

The hotel was in a great and stunning position not far from rail station and San Marco, the airport and vaporetto stops. Thoroughly enjoyed sensational breakfast options with croissant and juice, for instance.
