Everything is perfect here, had a very very good stay during our steamy August visit. Make sure you stay in the superior double room with the external bathroom. The hotel's location is stunning, next to business areas.

Would stay there again, greatly enjoyed its particularly good location.

The whole experience was real good! I enjoyed the elegant atmosphere. The hotel had an absolutely perfect and magnificent location in very quiet area. Again, it was 5 mins drive from Staines Moor Country Park. The breakfast was savoury and enjoyable, with lots of meals.

The room is modern, the staff is polite.

We were given modern, romantic room with a very new bathroom. A short walk to a gondola station, the location was INCREDIBLE and good, in a very nice neighbourhood.

It had a perfect and excellent location very close to the San Marco, the Guggenheim museum and restaurants, bars of access to sites. The staff were cooperative and attentive hole time of my stay.

I stayed here for 1 day and will be back. It was fairly clean place, staff were great, and I truly enjoyed my fabulous room. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of options. I booked a room with a lovely bed, an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe.

I booked brand-new, practical room with separate bathroom and tea plus great towels. The location was stunning and lovely - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

Wonderful hotel, the overall ambience was quiet and the food was good. Our superior king room was more than new-fashioned. The breakfast was tasty with a great selection of food! The location was particularly good and magnificent because it was close to San Marks square in 8-10 minutes via the €2 gondola ride across the Grand Canal, the main sights and the grand canal in Venice. Our stay was wonderful, appreciated the venue and would stay here again.

The room was tasteful with a very new bathroom, and the breakfast was sensational. The accommodation had a very central location very close to the canals.

Marvellous location for Venice, really close to the main attractions, multiple Vaporetto stops and great local bars and restaurants, the main sights, and vaporetto station Spirito Santo, quiet part of the city.

Good food in the restaurant, delicious breakfast with croissants and tasty rolls, for example.

Everything here was excellent, I will be back. Overall had perfect stay during my steamy August visit. The location was amazing and a short walk to a gondola station. It was a residential area, a fine base for me. The staff was courteous, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out.

I really enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served good food. The staff were affable and excellent co-operating, you should know it. It had excellent location few metres away from an art gallery.

Its location close to Academy Gallery was good and excellent. You could walk to small supermarkets and a small supermarket.

Lovely location to a grand showpiece square. Positioned in the beautiful quiet area, near to the piazza San Marco, the Ponte dell'Accademia, and a pretty, well connected, quiet neighbourhood.

My room was neat and newly remodelled with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV. The vibe here was elegant.

It was real good time in Venice. We enjoyed this beautiful quiet hotel and stayed here for 5 nights. The personnel was amazing friendly, and the host too. The location was stunning and magnificent, close to an art gallery.
