Central location of this great family run hotel was a bonus. Got the same reasonably spacious and stylish guest room with a balcony booked online, liked that. Throughout the day staff were welcoming.

Place was fairly clean, everything was good. The staff were very, very nice and gentle too. The room was neat and come with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The service was fantastic during my stay.

The best part of our wonderful stay was the sensational and satisfactory breakfast with rolls, scrambled eggs plus meats. We loved the location that was central and just off the center of Venice in a quiet neighborhood and in a walking distance from all the city's major sights and Coop supermarket.

The budget room is fashionable and has a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. You can see courtyard from your window. The location is magnificent and nice as it's close enough to a convenient stop for the train station, and THROUGH STREETS.

It offers central location, close to a main street and a church. It is also close to bars and restaurants.

The room was spotless with a welcome note and comfortable beds plus bathroom, had the best night sleep. A hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were very handy.

The hotel was in a marvellous and beautiful location near Fondamente Nove vaporetto, great value restaurants/cafes & interesting shops, and the a Venice for what we wanted it for. The room was big with jacuzzi bath, everything was great.

The hotel itself was quaint. The location was magnificent, just next door to a supermarket 7-8 minutes away, airport/Murano and Rialto Bridge. It was metres from Antica Osteria Ardenghi, where you can have lunch.

Location so close to the Fondamenta Nove water bus stop, a convenient stop for the train station and the airport. Also, close to everything. Quiet and elegant units with storage space. Great decoration in the rooms, marvellous location.

everything is good, i loved it. the breakfast offers lots of eggs and bacon. it offers fantastic service. my hotel is set in a central location next to rialto bridge and grand canal, venice, and water taxi.

It was an excellent time staying at this quiet hotel. There was appetising food, the staff was welcoming. Cannaregio district was worth staying in.

The staff were very unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.
