Big size good value hotel with a great location near to the upscale main shopping street & red roofs of Venice, the nearest boat stop about 30mins and Santa Maria del Giglio. Unique rooms with comfy bed and lovely bar area. Fabulous and great meals.

Lovely base for 1 night. Fab food quality. Awesome location of the hotel in the centre of Venice. Based near Murano and all the top attractions, and the Rialto bridge and other tourist sites.

Everything was good, well-designed and unique room with excellent shower. Very central location close to St Mark's square and the Rialto, Rialto bridge, shopping, san Marco squar and the main train station, it was in a good area.

Overall it met requirements and I will come back. The staff are pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating, they create quiet atmosphere. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is fabulous.

The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was spacious and unique with comfy bed.

The accommodation was relaxing with amicable staff. The location in a central area was great and incredible and there were a main shopping street and shopping streets nearby. San Marco district was worth visiting. They recommended a good restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Had a really nice time.

New-fashioned units with excellent shower and outstandingly accommodating staff. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Great way to end our trip.

Clean hotel with good and perfect location in Venice short walk to an alley in Venice as well as St Mark's square and the Rialto.

I booked unique, new-fashioned room with a beautiful view and great air conditioning plus fridge. Every staff member was incredibly nice.

Very welcoming staff, excellent services, and excellent location close enough to vaporetto water bus stops to the airport as well as Venice during the flood in the end of October for one night. Great meals with warm drinks.

The venue is gorgeous with modern and unique rooms. Great and lovely location, very close to Saint Mark's Square. Only 20 minutes walking to downtown.

I greatly enjoyed this lovely small and pretty standard hotel, it did not disappoint. Had really really nice 4 nights here. It was in a marvellous location a short walk to St Mark's Basilica.

I stayed here during the trip and loved it. It was a relaxing hotel in a good area, adjacent to San Marco and Santa Maria del Giulio, and Rialto bridge, shopping, san Marco squar. The location was marvellous and incredible - ease of access to St Mark's Basilica.

The location was particularly good there, to the upscale main shopping street & red roofs of Venice. It was also just next door to St Marco's square, and a superbly well located establishment. The food was great - a wide range of options.

The service was excellent and the food was fabulous. Rooms with excellent shower had a quiet atmosphere. The staff were all consistently courteous and accommodating.

We lived in the queen room with adequate quality, the big windows, modern AC.

Got themed room with a good bed, great decor, free coffee - always come in handy. Had stylish decoration. The accommodation had a very central location near St Mark's Square. We could drink something at Bar Longhi, located 1 km away.

I had really amazing days staying at this small hotel. It was great base for travelling to Venice, I was glad to stay there. It was in a very central setting on a slope.

It has marvellous location for visiting a picture gallery.

It has brilliant and awesome location to see Dorsoduro. Besides, we liked the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the hotel.

Rooms with a stylish decor.

Bright and delightful rooms and a mini-bar, central heating and an iron included. We were in a marvellous and brilliant location within walking distance of a main street. There was a great restaurant, shops and boutiques next door.

Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property. We loved our stay here:)))

That elevator was missing.

We liked location and staff plus the views were beautiful. Great room amenities like a minibar, an electronic key card and cable channels.

The staff was helpful, THANKS for that. We stayed next to such popular places as st mark's basilica. Free WiFi was working perfectly.
