I liked the stay here and would stay here again. Everything was fantastic, and the breakfast was fresh for the coffee which was excellent! The room was beautifully presented with a huge bathroom and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

We got beautifully presented and well-kept double room with a touch of classic elegance as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was freshly prepared with great coffee and croissants and frequently replenished.

Well presented and well priced rooms with a Queen sized bed, a huge bathroom, as for instance, truly enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed my room - well-kept in livingroom. The location was quiet and ideal for exploring this very nice area, close to tourist attractions in Venice, San Stefano square with great cafes-particularly Le Cafe, and the San Samuele water bus stop.

The breakfast offered was fresh and plentiful for the coffee which was excellent. The location of the property was magnificent as we were just off a museum which reopens 2 June 2011, watched the world go buy at varying times of the day and all the major attractions.

Both rooms we booked were stylish and new-fashioned with a comfortable bed, livingroom plus washing machine. The hotel's position was perfect and peaceful, in the heart of Venice.

This location was perfect, not far from all the major attractions like StMarks Square and others and the actv stations, a quiet area of Venice, and the Grand Canal and the San Samuele vaporetto stop: )

The staff were all hospitable, best. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location - a short way from everywhere we needed.

The hotel had a quiet position, close to Accedemia bridge. A nice size rooms, the design was absolutely beautiful.

Had really good stay in for 1 night. When we checked in, superior king room was ready. Perfect and peaceful location, it was near all the attractions of San Marco as well as a wonderful restaurant.

The location was excellent - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The restaurant here was good for the delicious food, we both ordered appetising dishes.

The location of this wonderful little hotel was perfect, on the water taxi from Piazza San Marco. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful eXCEPT for the coffee which was excellent, the best I had in Venice.

The hotel was in a central location close to water bus stop. Places like an ornate footbridge were at a walking distance from from here too.

I was there for 5 nights and ate at authentic restaurant for the delicious food. The hotel staff was efficient and very informative. It was based in absolutely charming building in an absolutely perfect and excellent location, in the San Marco area.

Sincerely, it was a brilliant stay on vacation. My room was well presented and well-kept especially with a bathroom, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

Some people working there were racist.

The food is great and fab. The hotel has a residential location in the heart of things.

The restaurant was good for the delicious food, we ordered appetising dishes. It had big bed, a chandelier.

Good and satisfactory breakfasts with eggs cooked to order and the best coffee, as for instance. Perfect and excellent location within walking distance of a wide canal. Based right by the San Samuel waterbus stop, a residential area 15 minutes from St Marks Square, and the main attractions and sights.

The hotel of choice in Venice. Perfectly clean venue and amazingly helpful employees. The exquisite and beautifully presented room together with the bathroom. Amazing design. Freshly cooked and plentiful breakfast, perfect location close to the true Venice, a very nice lively area and the tourist attractions. Besides, easy access to San Samuele.

Fresh and plentiful breakfasts with pastries, oatmeal, fruit. Convenient location in a very nice area close enough to a wonderful restaurant and walking tour ideas, and the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square.

No complaint, we thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully appointed and intimate hotel, can't recommend highly enough. The location was perfect for walking around a classical 17th-century palace.

Everything was simply fine. Overall had very good stay for 1 night here. The location was unbeatable, for example, Campo Santa Margherita was at a walking distance from the hotel. It was also short walk to Venice as well as all the major attractions like StMarks Square...

Enjoyed the place, had a fantastic stay off on vacation. There was fresh food, the stuff was perfect. Its location just a short walk away from an art museum was awesome. There was a great restaurant, shops and interesting independent shops next door.

Everything was perfectly fine - impressive rooms and plentiful breakfasts. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to all the local attractions / museums, splendid restaurants and Venice. San Marco district was definitely worth visiting. In the restaurant they served authentic cuisine dishes.

Our room was vintage and airy with fresh towels. They had a quick check-in.

everything is perfectly fine here, had a real good stay for two nights during the first carnival weekend. the location is handy, 1 km from a wide canal. it is nestled in a very very nice area adjacent to a new theatre as well as restaurants.

The folks working here were attentive and accommodating. The location was unbeatable and awesome, within walking distance of Doge's Palace. Moreover, it's very close to two convenient vaporetto stops, and restaurants and transport.

Impeccably clean place accompanied by competent and attentive staff. Handy and awesome location, not very far from a historic bridge. Set just next door to Venice in the very nice area.

Grounds where kept perfectly clean, breakfast was satisfactory. The stuff was attentive and efficient which made me feel welcome. I had airy and spotless room with a huge bathroom. The service was very good, just like I expected. It had central location close to San Samuele. I loved sleeping 4 nights in this hotel.

It's fabulous base for visiting some must see attractions in Venice. Awesome location for our needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
