Truly enjoyed the twin room with 3 bathrooms and the way it was setup. Had coffee/tea making machines and glassware at our disposal. The location was perfect and excellent, staff were knowledgeable.

Excellent place with exceptionally kind stuff, everything was excellant. The hotel was in a very central location by musicians in the gondolas going by. I came here for 3 nights and had a really comfortable stay.

The hotel was placed in the very central location near to St Mark's Square. And it was just 1 km from Museum of Liverpool.

Delightful breakfast with cappuccino included, marvellous and amazing location.

I stayed here for a trip and would like to come again. My room was both brand-new and airy with comfortable bed, Netflix, as example. The staff were thoughtful, overall. Comfortable location very close to San Marco was a plus. Besides, the hotel was at a medium distance from Afternoon tea.

There were tidy, spotless rooms with great views. The food was fabulous, with plenty of options. The hotel's location was very central, on how we should get to the airport.

There was breakfast to be needed.

The total stay was fairly nice in fairy town of Venice. Thanks to the excellent staff everything was perfect, including a great selection of fabulous food. We ate at a good restaurant with great Italian food. Lake view was lovely.

Romantic and excellant hotel located adjacent to central Venise, the gondolas passing by the windows and Ca Maria Callas. Perfectly clean units on the basin and exceptionally kind staff. Marvellous and incredible location, just a short walk away from a cathedral church. Also, on how we should get to the airport.

The morning meal was delightful and great with juices, cheese plus yogurt.

There was no elevator.

The room was tidy and spotless, included nice sized bathroom. The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to the center of venice, and gondolas beneath a window.

Enjoyed the room, it was beautifully decorated with 3 bathrooms. A hair dryer, a bidet, and a shower cap were very handy. The hotel was in an ideal location short walk to the gondolas going by and Teatro La Fenice.

This was a romantic hotel with a very central location in the heart of Venice. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient in all services. I stayed at the twin room with lake view.

The stuff is superbly friendly and incredible. The breakfast is delightful and great and the views of lake are perfect! Offers helpful service and fabulous food. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi throughout the property is cool.

I have stayed in the twin room with views over the canals. The location is marvellous and stunning, not very far from a renaissance church.

Had a very lovely stay in fairy town of Venice, everything was perfect. The rooms were modern and airy with a balcony, felt like home. The location was perfect, and we could reach Saint Mark's Square by walking.

We greatly enjoyed being there. Everything was perfect, including extremely friendly and efficient staff. The location was wonderful, within a close distance from Cannaregio.

The staff were incredible, the breakfast we had was delightful and great with cappuccino included. The hotel had a good location a short walk to Palazzo Grassi. Moreover, it was 15 minutes on foot from the downtown.

Very-very nice staff, helpful services, including lots of fabulous delicacies.

We lived in the twin room with views over the canals, the bathroom was on a different level, for instance. We had coffee & tea makers and glassware.

Our stay here was such wonderful, nice comfy base for exploring Venice. There were a mini-bar, central heating and an iron in the room, loved that. Besides, the location was awesome for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a cathedral church. Hotel's restaurant was good and with delicious food.

I recommend it to all, liked it. Thanks guys for a comfortable stay in fairy town of Venice. The staff are very very nice and amazingly kind. The hotel is in the very central location very close to vaporetto station. There's Pizzeria Sansovino offering takeout a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Every detail of this romantic property was fantastic. Tidy twin room and the bed was good sized. The bathroom was brand new with a hair dryer, a bidet and a shower cap. This accommodation had a very central setting by the opera house.

The rooms are spotless and airy on the basin, so that guests have essentials. Thanks to all competent and informative staff. It offers incredible, best possible location.

had lovely 2 nights here. i liked the room and its delightful decor. and btw it was airy and had comfortable beds. the location was amazing, relatively close to a wide canal.

Well, it was a NICE stay in fairy town of Venice. The staff were informative, you should know it. The airport was 0.5 km away.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectations, would recommend it. Everything was excellent, had a such great stay in fairy town of Venice. The location was magnificent, relatively close to a satellite gallery. A boat dock was a short walk to place. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was delightful.

There where big beds and an iron, tea/coffee making equipment and TV inside the room. The view over canal was lovely. The location was peaceful, for example, Riva degli Schiavoni was relatively close to the hotel.

It had very central location close to Dorsoduro. The staff were thoughtful and knowledgeable too. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereals, croissants and eggs.

Cute hotel where a delightful breakfast was served. Loved the way our twin/double room with views over the canals was arranged. The service was helpful, no complaint, it was just what we needed. The location of this property was stunning and brilliant...

The hotel was trendy boutique, spent my time lovely here. The setting was quite amazing within easy reach of Riva degli Schiavoni.

There was something as fruit missing.
