Elegant, comfortable room with comfortable beds, terrace, for example, and unobtrusive staff. Exceptional customer service. Everything great. The most important - great and incredible location super close to the Rialto vaparetto stop. For tea or coffee visit Suso Gelatoteca nearby.

Location just next door to close the the Grand Canal, the Rialto Bridge and a popular square, and the stores and restaurants. Double room with comfortable beds. Unobtrusive and nice stuff on reception and elsewhere.

The location is great and fantastic, 5 minutes' walk to an ornate footbridge. The breakfast is very very good with cheese, an office coffee dispensing machine plus ham, lots to choose from. All in all they offer exceptional service.

Average breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

I got complimentary deluxe room with terrace as an upgrade, nice gesture. All of the staff was patient and thoughtful. The service was good, I had 4 perfect nights here. The facilities were great too.

greatly enjoyed venice, the hotel was good small to san marco square. the location was incredible, relatively close to a wide canal. it was also so close to the key sites in venice from here and rialto bridge.
