Amicable people working here, great place. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioning in the room, great and fantastic location.

The venue was quiet, I really enjoyed the location short walk to mostly all the main sites of interest in Venice, San Marco and Rialto bridge and the Doge's Palace, and street views. The hotel was placed in the very central location to Santa Lucia train station.

The double room we stayed in were beautiful with kitchenette.

Efficient staff and quiet place. Incredible location, at a walking distance from a gothic-renaissance church. Also - adjacent to a quiet neighbourhood, mostly all the main sites of interest in Venice and gondolas passing.

The staff was nice from arrival until we left. The location was marvellous: convenience stores and shops were within walking distance. Everything was perfect and within 20 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were very amiable. Having air conditioning and a kettle in my good sized and brand-new room was really great. This bed was comfortable and I could sleep like home. The hotel was in a central setting close to center. Castello district was worth staying in.

It has great location very close to Saint Mark's Square. The bets part that it's short walk to Santa Lucia train station and restaurants, bars and convenience stores.

Clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be short walk to Piazza San Marco, and mostly all the main sites thanks to marvellous location. The staff was polite and affable at all times. The stay was really really nice.

The hotel was in a very central location in a quiet neighbourhood. I had quick bite at Pasta & Pasta, it was nearby.

Magnificent and amazing location - close enough to the main attractions in St Mark's Square, Rialto bridge and the Doge's Palace and Bridge of Sighs. A huge variety of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a grand showpiece square.

The location was MAGNIFICENT, within walking distance of Basilica of st Mary of Health. What's more, it was near Venice, San Marco, and the canal.

Nothing to dislike.

Location adjacent to Venice, mostly all the main sites and gondolas. Also, very close to everything. Comfy bed in the double room, plus central heating, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk.

We had 3 nights in Venice, spent our time here excellently.

Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. In the evening we visited San Zulian, set next to the hotel.
