the location nice to stay off the main island was comfortable and handy. the staff was accommodating and provided excellent service. overall it was spacious with free wifi.

Its location in Venice was quiet and handy, adjacent to the water taxi and a short stroll to restaurants and basic shops, the airport and main attractions. It also was near water bus.

Fairly clean place with stunning views and peaceful location to the area in previous visits. Lots of goodies for breakfast. A nice size room, comfortable bed and pillows. Exceptional service provided. Everything perfect.
