Wonderful base for 4 nights. Coffee-making facilities and a storage space in the room and the comfy bed. Excellent service, a pleasant restaurant on site. The early check-in.

The standard king room we stayed in was fabulous with great bathroom. The setting was stunning, just off nice restaurants nearby, many excellent bars and restaurants, and airport / water taxi. Besides, Victoria and Albert Museum was 4 km away from the property.

We appreciated this appealing hotel with street views. The location was particularly good and incredible there, close to the center. We had lunch in Chicken Valley, placed close by.

The location is very central, adjacent to a nice square with short walk to the Grand Canal and a wine bar called Teamo.

It was a really really nice experience. It was an attractive, overall clean hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and super friendly. The location in a gorgeous area was good and incredible and there were supermarkets and a convenience shop nearby. I loved the brunch in the Osteria al Squero, located nearby.

We had the deluxe queen room which was neat and newly remodelled with great bathroom. The location was incredible, for example, a grand showpiece square was within walking distance of the hotel.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was solid and good. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

The location particularly good and amazing for San Marco district, it is adjacent to the railway station and several great restaurants and bars. Distance to a restaurant takes 100 metres.

Ideal, perfectly clean place with incredibly beautiful views. Nice sized room, marble-lined bathroom. Absolutely kind and affable staff and management. Location - amazing and lovely really close to water buses, the major attractions and a very nice restaurant.

The location was marvellous: a supermarket and little stores were within walking distance. The breakfast was particularly nice and had a great selection of options.

Liked the room with a very comfortable bed, my bed was EXCEPTIONALly comfortable. At the restaurant, the breakfast was solid and exceptionally nice with different options to pick from. The staff were very kind, provided exceptional services.

Everything was simply perfect. I loved marvellous and brilliant location and how the place is clean. The rooms were elegant and airy with a private terrace and kitchen in a cupboard plus great showers.

Plus, the location is amazing and lovely, minutes from a restored 15th-century palace. The airport is 15 km away, easy to get to.

Sensational breakfast, air-conditioned deluxe queen room. Particularly good location, upstairs in the airport. Based very close to vaporetto stops, Rialto Bridge and Saint Marcus Plaza as well as many restaurants😃👍

Simply no complaint, perfect stay. Relaxing option among 3 stars hotels. Solid breakfast with fruit and the coffee machine and magnificent location. Location just off stop Fr the water bus, the Rialto Bridge and to St Mark's Square. Terrific service and good value. The ambience was family.

The location is marvellous and fab, 1 km from a wide canal. It's based in nice enough area, close to everything.

Hotel' s position a few steps away from all my favorite places, like st mark's basilica. This property is in a good location: D
