Gorgeous and well-run venue, excellent location really close to the areas to visit, and train station and water bus.

Beds were a bit hard.

I was given economy king room with a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and multi-channel television. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, exceptionally nice and incredibly kind staff at reception desk. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and truly enjoyed it.

Amazing location away from the main tourist areas, great staff, everything was good. The unit we got was tidy and perfect with an extra bed and bedroom plus A/C. The room had an interesting design. Thanks to an excellent service we had a fairly nice stay.

By and large, it was well-maintained place with extremely helpful staff at reception desk. Garden was perfect for a breakfast. The hotel was placed 0.5 km away from the airport.

My breakfast was excellant with several options. The location was quiet and ideal, not too far away from a wide canal. Plus it was in a residential area.

Facilities were cute, though Wi-Fi was bad.

The economy double room was air conditioned with kettle etc and fridge, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. In general the service was excellent. The location was good and lovely for Venice, very close to a beautiful garden and the rail station. We could drink something at Bacareto da Lele, located 1 km away.

The area was very quaint.

Gorgeous, clean venue with comfortable and excellent location close to Crea and Tre Archi water bus stops. Decent size and updated units and cooperative staff at reception desk.

The setting is marvellous and easy, it's not far from main canal and boat station, the buses, railway and port and the cruise terminal. Cannaregio district definitely deserves exploring.

The location is nice and perfect, within easy walking distance of a main street.

Satisfactory breakfast, magnificent views, magnificent location very close to railway- and busstation, which was n't so special --, and Tre Archi. Comfortable bed in the queen room, plus a mini fridge bar, a personal safe, and air conditioning. Very cute building, large bedroom.

This place was perfect and the staff was attentive. The location was quiet and perfect, not too far from a wide canal. There was a good restaurant, a shopping street and a market next door. The stay was very very good; nothing too much trouble.

All in all, it's fantastic place that has dedicated staff at reception desk. The location is central, short walk to the bus stations, the St Lucia train station and shopping area. Shanghai, where you can eat, is at a medium distance from from here...

Everything was great - central location and exceptional service. Our room was recently refurbished and air conditioned with the shower and extra pillows plus bathroom, just what we needed.

We liked staying 4 nights here. The property was well-maintained with extremely helpful staff at reception desk. Central location was a plus. Moreover, the area was lively. The airport was 15 km away.

In overall, the place is pleasant, has incredibly nice and amazingly kind stuff at reception desk. The economy queen room is newly renovated and has a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and multi-channel television.

The view from my economy double room was good. The location was unbeatable and peaceful, in a quite neighborhood, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Would stay here again without hesitation if in Venice. Located in a quiet part of the town. We appreciated great breakfast. Room was good and comfortable, with a lot of attention to detail. Moreover, WiFi was handy❤🙂

Classic hotel, we spend out time here nicely. Our quadruple room was equipped with a private safe, a mini fridge bar and a writing table. Only 10 minutes walk from Venice center.
