Charming little hotel in a practical place. Good restaurant, well presented and well furnished room with the breakfast which is very simple and clean bathroom plus toiletries included.

It had central location close to Giardini Papadopoli. And it was also close enough to leave from, different building-in pizzeria and waterbus.

Though everything was very good, some of the staff were not very nice.

Really enjoyed Venice, the hotel was extremely convenient to pier for cruise. The location was central, so close to the people mover which goes to the cruise terminal is located, once the new bridge is open, and the # 1 water bus. Moreover, the property was at a short distance from Scuola Grande dei Carmini.

Charming little low-budget hotel with excellent value, we had a good stay.

Make sure to get superior queen room with a new remodeled bathroom, adequate space, as for instance. The breakfast is more than adequate and perfect and coffee, fresh bread, cereal, yoghourt, and fruit are good. The location is strategic and personnel is knowledgeable😃

Truly enjoyed the Italian-style building and a nice size and well furnished room with the basics. The location was practical, for example, a public museum was at a walking distance from the hotel. The stay was absolutely enjoyable!

Overall really nice stay for six nights. Magnificent location to centre along canals or on water bus. Close to the Vaporetto, buses and cruiseship dock, train, bus, waterbus and leave from.

All in all everything was very good, had a just perfect stay for one night. The location was comfortable and easy, just a walking distance from Giardini Papadopoli.

Had central location to the cruise port. There was Filovia nearby to grab something to eat. The room was large with particularly well equipped bathroom and a mini-bar, a sofa bed, and central heating.

Possibly the best and really lovely stay for a short visit. Convenient location; caring staff. Good restaurant not very far from the hotel.

The beds were good sized, I slept well. The location was strategic and handy, to the cruise terminals! Moreover, it was short walk to the bus station, water taxi stop and train station making transportation easy, the across the train station and the Cruise Ship, which was minutes away.

It was a fairly nice stay for 1 night. The location turned out to be good and perfect, not far from more touristy areas, then to board the cruise ship and the square. It also was to access to the Port.

The people there where really pleasant. It was located so close to the a bus stop...
