Great stay for my mum and my sisters first visit to the city. Marvellous location in San Marco district very close to boat rides, restaurants, major museums and which was great.

The venue is ideal, food is nice, stunning location to water transport. The rooms are fashionable and new-fashioned, the view is marvellous. Nice touch to have a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a satellite TV.

The location was stunning for traveling around Venice, adjacent to San Marco square, Rialto bridge and Academia, vaporetto, and the main train station. They gave us modern twin/double room with velvet lined walls. We were very satisfied with the amiable and excellent staff.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

The continental breakfast is amazing with a wide array of meals. Its location is absolutely gorgeous easy to reach by waterbus.

I had a perfect stay. I was offered a great breakfast for all the tastes.

The breakfast spread was healthy with fruit nor vegetables and the orange juice. Had very central location in between 2 shops.

The location was amazing to the nearest Vaporetto stop and the staff here was superfriendly and excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the twin/double room with velvet lined walls and all the comforts plus first space where to rest.

Variety of nice food, I enjoyed it.

Amazing location convenient to San Samuelle stop, all was great. The amiable staff gave good recommendations. Liked the new-fashioned twin/double room in traditional venetian style and the way it was setup.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a really lovely experience. The setting of hotel was beautiful and fantastic, in so near the bustling centre of Venice. And we were very close to center of Venice.

We liked staying in this hotel, it was good value. Everything was modern, excellent staff made our stay very peaceful. The location was absolutely gorgeous, easy to reach by waterbus, it's a plus.

Decent base for exploring Venice. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Large room and comfy bed. Very good service, excellent friendly and very attentive staff. Excellent, absolutely incredible location pretty close to all the sights. Also - close to that establishment, Rialto and San Marco and the water taxi.

View was stunningly beautiful, breakfast was marvellous, and beds were very spacious. My room was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned with a nice sized bathroom. I greatly enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel.

Fairly clean accommodation, amiable and excellent staff. New-fashioned room and perfectly clean bathroom with a bidet, a shower cap and bath sheets. Big bed and excellent modern facilities;)))

I appreciated the Venetian-style building, very well furnished room with velvet lined walls. The restaurant was great, offered fresh food.

The property was fairly clean and fantastic and the location was magnificent. The whole staff was excellent. A safe box, a minibar and central heating inside the twin room were handy. The food was fine with lots of options. Location: the hotel was short walk to a restaurant, the water bus stop and the shops. It also was to the island of Murano. I came here for 1 night and had an unforgettable stay.

The total stay was very pleasant for 3 nights. Having a bidet, a shower cap and bath sheets was a bonus. It had central location close to a public museum. It was also really close to San Marco square, Rialto bridge and Academia, and resturants.

Thank you for a such great stay. It's ideal base for sightseeing and exploring Venice. The rooms are airy and luxurious and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. The location is very central, near Venice, water taxis and all the main attractions. Also, it's not too far from a baroque church.

Attentive staff and light rooms, we had a very lovely experience. We loved a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating. The setting was quite quiet within easy reach of Academy Bridge.

the continental breakfast had lots of food. the location was brilliant, within walking distance of an ornate footbridge. what's more, it was just off san marco, vaporetto or 15 minutes walk and water taxi.

The place was nice, we enjoyed it. Pleasant to relax on the patio. Moreover, free Wi Fi was available. Had nice dainties at Gelateria Paolin, located feet from the hotel.

The breakfast was good! It is really close to the airport. Cozy base for vacation in Venice...
