Queen room was outstanding, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was affable and very kind from my arrival up until I left. This accommodation was in the central location right in the center of everything.

The breakfast was tasty and adequate and the food was fab. The rooms were lovely with beautiful view and beautiful decoration, no complaints. The location was super and brilliant for getting around, as a boat dock was very close to the hotel. There was Tarnowska's American Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Could not be improved in any way.

Besides, the location was excellent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a wide canal. The staff members were AMICABLE and excellent. Savoury and adequate breakfast, we greatly enjoyed it.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was adequate, everything was really good. The triple room was generous-sized and large, with an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk.
