The whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent. The location was exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mathew Street. It was also next to San Marc's Square as well as Venice in Sept.

The units are functional, neat with an even worse bed. Offers marvellous location in a very quiet area.

Got good-sized room, had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay for Biennale visit.

I didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. All the dishes were fab, nevertheless you can visit nearby The Railway.

The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was good sized with a private bathroom attached.

Some people working there were disinterested.

Everything there was really good and the staff were excellent co-operating. The location was amazing and lovely in a beautiful area, short walk to Grand Canal, waterbus stops and St Marks Square, San Giorgio Maggiore, and sea shore. Stopped by Majer- Via Garibaldi to get some coffee and treats, it's right at the venue, recommend. Loved our stay.

A good choice of amazing options for meal.

The total stay was really good for Biennale visit. The staff were excellent and amiable and knew the area. The location was perfect and magnificent, short walk to lots of nice restaurants in the area and water taxi. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the hotel.

I really enjoyed cheap restaurant. The staff was welcoming plus the location was perfect. Popped in Ristorante Bar Vittoria for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Had a very nice stay for Biennale visit. The staff was excellent co-operating and pleasant, always there to help. The room was reasonably priced and large with private bathroom. The location was central, incredible next to Vivaldi church. I've stayed here before and would love to go back.

It had absolutely perfect location, not far from the water taxi landing three blocks away, many other areas and vaporetto station San Marco Zacaria. Besides, I explored Doge's Palace within a close distance from the hotel. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone.

It was in a lovely location with a byzantine shipyard nearby.

King room we stayed at was updated with a private bathroom attached.

The location was amazing for Venice, near the water taxis and San Marco and a great local neighborhood, the Piazza San Marco and the boat taxi port. Also, the hotel was placed just 1 km from a grand showpiece square.

I was upgraded to good-sized queen room with an even worse bed. The hotel was in a good position near to train station/airport bus stop as well as Grand Canal, waterbus stops and St Marks Square.

Incredible location near to the water taxis and San Marco and a great local neighborhood as well as San Marco and Arsenale, it's central. I would love to go back, this place met requirements.

Tastefully decorated, airy unit with a private bathroom attached as well as separate shower. Central location near to San Marco and lots of nice restaurants in the area, waterbus and restaurants and St Mark's Square and the water taxis, elegant atmosphere.

Sincerely, it was a very pleasant stay for Biennale visit. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, easy to reach through public transport. And we were next to the Venice airport, the front harbour, and the water taxi on the front.

The location was absolutely perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Gothic church. It was about 15 km from the airport.

The room was big size with great view, St Marks- truly fantastic value for money, as for instance, and all other comforts. The vibe here was quiet.

The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was elegant overall. Its twin room was updated with sofa bed and St Marks- truly fantastic value for money. Excellent service, even though a few employees were disinterested.

Our bed was a bit hard.

It has incredible and wonderful location for visiting Naval History Museum.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was excellent. Extremely comfy bed, room was updated, with central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing desk.

Both rooms we booked were functional and updated with great bar, the living area of the apartment, as for instance, no complaint. The setting was marvellous, really close to Aresenale water taxi, a restaurant and coffee shop, and San Marco and lots of nice restaurants in the area. It also was very near the ducale palace.

I had a bright and airy room and everything was really good. I was happy to have a quiet and the staff were amicable. I was pleased with excellent service. Smooth check-in was a bonus. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

It has a magnificent and awesome location very close to the waterfront, San Marco and all venice.

Thanks to the pleasant staff everything was good, including plenty of fab food. The twin/double room was super comfy with exceptionally comfortable beds. A bidet, a shower cap and bath sheets were very handy.

Its location within walking distance of Saint Mark's Square was brilliant. The folks working here were affable.

The food was delightful and the location was stunning! Castello district was definitely worth visiting.

Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was excellent base for visiting all of them. There was a magnificent restaurant, supermarkets and gift shops next door.

we think it's a decent place for staying in venice. all in all it's exceptionally clean place, they have comfy beds.

All in all, it was ideal base for travelling to Venice. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Doge's Palace

Totally a GOOD experience. Bacino Orseolo is really close to the hotel. Thanks to receptionist, who often helped us. We've stayed there before now & would definitely go back.
