All the rooms are lovely looking with a balcony and jacuzzi and the staff are top-class. It has a magnificent location to the island of Maurano.

We loved the convenience of the double room available with bath, fridge, good bathrooms. The location was incredibly convenient - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

The total stay was unforgettable during our short visit. The location couldn't be more best possible close to the centre of Venice. Moreover, it's very close to shops, restaurants, and San Marco square, the main attractions and cafe nearby. Everything here was fantastic, we would return here.

We greatly enjoyed it, did not want to leave there, can just recommend. The hotel was in a very central location close to so many if the main attractions. Lucky that it was relatively close to Barton Rouge, offering food to go.

The location turned out to be great! Had tea and goodies at Hard Rock Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel. I've had a great stay during our short visit.

The breakfast was satisfactory and available with delightful pastries, a fruit cup and yogurt, the staff were great.

Everything was immaculately clean and perfect. Functional recently refurbished room with a double bed. Super-friendly staff and plentiful and delicious breakfasts with yogurt and hot croissant, for example.

It offers exceptional service. The employees are extremely helpful and top-class. It has perfect central location very near to the San Marco-San Zaccaria vaporetto stop.

It was a nicely appointed hotel in a nice local area, just off Rialto bridge. We received great service from the amazing friendly and very hospitable staff. The location was unbeatable - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

I have stayed in single room with a balcony as well as jacuzzi for 4 nights.

Everything was great - very central location and exceptional service. Satisfactory breakfast with a good choice of pastries and croissants...

they gave us a stylish room with a mini-bar, central heating and a multi-channel tv. fruit, pastries and breads provided in the morning. the service was absolutely excellent. the staff was amicable and accommodating and the views were exceptional.

The small double room I got was complete with fridge, 2 bedrooms, for example. Its location was strategic, just 5 minutes walk from a cathedral church.
