It has fantastic, incredible setting, right by the railway station, waterbus or the Alilalunga airport waterbus and the ferry to the airport. Also, it's just several blocks from Sainsbury's and other tourist spots.

The rooms were good sized and nicely furnished and the bathrooms were great-sized. Central location near all the main attractions, major landmarks and a quiet area, within 15-minute walking distance from Piazza San Marco, it was in a pedestrian area.

Location - excellent, near to the main attractions-St marks square/Piazza San Marco, grand canal and the ferry to the airport. New-fashioned, fashionable rooms with balcony.

Overall had fairly nice stay during next visit. The room was new-fashioned and fully renovated and what's more - included a bidet, a walk-in shower, and shower caps. Booked the hotel for its lovely location very close to main landmarks, restaurants and Alilalunga airport.

I would recommend the place. Every detail of this fantastic property was great. Spotless and fully renovated room with balcony, I had a nice stay. Its location was fantastic and amazing close to the center.

Magnificent location, we were close to a quiet area of Venice, shops, local fruit markets, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the supermarket.

Travelled with my two kids, spent 4 nights here and had a fab stay. Throughout the day staff were pleasant and incredible. The location was great and fantastic to private garden. I truly enjoyed being there.

Facilities were quite modern, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel is fantastic and immaculately clean, nestled in an extremely clean building. Everyone who works in the venue is knowledgeable and amiable. Make sure you stay in the twin room with a lovely shower and welcome snacks plus the bedroom. The cost is £ 152.

i liked the room and its convenient decor. very comfy beds, a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a tv were a nice touch. its staff was knowledgeable and incredible. the location was best possible, relatively close to a wide canal.

The rooms are spotless and fashionable with well equipped bathroom and balcony. The rate is £ 155, satisfied. The location is stunning and best possible, it's close to water bus, Venice and restaurants, shops and the water taxi.

Its location not too far from a Baroque marble palace was peaceful...

Got the same suite booked online, appreciated that.

The setting was quite incredible and peaceful within easy reach of a Gothic church🙂
