Everything there was outstanding and the staff were pleasant. A mini bar, central heating, and iron and ironing board were available in our junior suite. This accommodation was in the central location close to boat stop for airport. Further, it was not far from Rialto bridge and 700 year old Palace which obviously does n't have a lift.

Booked a studio apartment with a microwave oven, a personal safe, and air conditioner. The hotel had a central setting in the center of Venice.

Reasonably spacious and quiet unit with great breakfast.

Plus, the location is great, minutes from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. What's more, it's in a calm area so close to the lovely nearby square, in a nice neighbourhood directly at one of the canals, and Rialto Bridge or San Marco square.

Coffee and tea served for breakfast. Airy, huge unit with great breakfast, beautiful views, the last photos.

The perfect and magnificent location for the price, really close to all main attractions and a minor canal adding to the ambience. Again, walking distance to a modern theatre. Choose apartment with amazing facilities, newly renovated bathroom plus beautiful views.

Lovely place for exploring Venice. Pleasant place with excellent staff. Lovely selection for breakfast.

The breakfast was lovely and had lots of options. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, very close to everything, convenient to go everywhere. The staff were really helpful and excellent throughout 3 days of our stay

Lift was missed, we were a little disappointed.

Everything was modern, personnel was nice. The room was reasonably spacious, with amazing views and great breakfast plus large windows, slept really well. It was very handy to have coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators. The location was great and awesome for walking around an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge...

Our experience here was perfectly pleasant. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and magnificent - at a walking distance from a wide canal. We dined at a wonderful nearby restaurant with local dishes. Everyone was cooperative and amicable.

the superior king room is quiet with great breakfast, very comfortable bed, for instance.

The rooms are huge and airy with the last photos and newly renovated bathroom plus large windows. The breakfast offers lots of coffee and tea.

Overall I spent my time lovely. I had junior suite with windows overlooking canal and extremely comfy bed. The staff were pleasant from arrival to departure. The location was marvellous and amazing, next to a lovely canal and the interior design was lovely.

We appreciated hotel's location and food. Beautiful room decor. Cannaregio is a district that deserves exploring. We had an EXCELLENT experience, the property met needs.
