I liked the hotel, it was nicely decorated, clean and met expectations. The personnel was knowledgeable and efficient. The breakfast was varied with an amazing view of the canal and had lots of food. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice in the quiet area. The place was close to a boat dock.

Their breakfast option with fresh crunchy croissants, a gorgeous view, organic yoghurts is lovely and fantastic, put others we have been to shame! The hotel offers particularly good and perfect location adjacent to Santa Lucia train station, and all major sights to see.

Excellent and perfect location, bars and cafes not far from the hotel. Marvellous breakfast with good quality products, hot drinks.

The most important was the staff - exceptionally nice and exceptional people. Lovely and absolutely fantastic breakfast selection with beautiful view and hams, everyone could find their favorite food.

The place is romantic and fairly clean. The units are unique, excellent quality.

Got the same triple room with a view of the grand canal- amazing booked online, truly enjoyed that. Good and amazing location, it was walk from a train station.

Overall it is a beautiful small and quaint hotel and we liked the stay, the location was perfect so right in the center of the ride from the station to Pza San Marco.

The bedroom was excellent quality and fashionable. The staff there were extremely helpful and hospitable. As for me, the location was best possible and incredibly comfortable, so close to Venice for years.

Would stay here again and again, the hotel was fairly clean, and location near the Rialto bridge so right in the center of to Pza San Marco was fantastic and wonderful. The breakfast selection was gorgeous and incredible with biscuits, local organic products and a view of the Grand Canal.

Romantic and intimate hotel, I loved its very central location really close to private water taxi down the Canal Grande and San Silvestro and San Toma vaporettos. Everyone was polite and courteous as well as owner.

A bit small bathroom, and the breakfast itself was somewhat limited, it could be far better.

The breakfast was rich and marvellous with lots of dishes. My superior double room was brand-new with elegant furnishings.

We stayed in a triple room complete with a breathtaking view of the the Grand Canel and king bed plus couch.

The restaurant was very convenient for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. A terrace, a wonderful balcony, and a safe box were a bonus. The location in a very quite area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were a market and shops nearby. Hotel's staff was extremely helpful and hospitable all the time.

Stunning location in a lovely area close enough to the grand canal in San Polo district very close to Rialto Bridge and a stop for the vaporreto. Besides, easy access to The Grave of a Nazi Dog. A terrace, a delightful balcony, and a safe available in the superior king room. The service in the property was great! Friendly check-in.

Amazing location just next door to mini supermarkets and pastry shops, and San Polo which is a lovely area of Venice with tourist shops, restaurants and plenty of mini supermarkets and pastry shops. Besides, easy to get to a wide canal.

The breakfast is fantastic with cheeses and view of the Grand Canal and organic yoghurts, lots to choose from. It offers excellent services. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and accommodating, everyone.

I have stayed here before, and it is still a really really nice experience. It has knowledgeable, efficient staff. A boat dock is close to the hotel, central location. There is cafe Pasticceria Rizzardini, set 500 metres walk away.

The room was good sized with elegant furnishings, stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel's breakfast was gorgeous and incredible with lovely views over the Grand Canal and pastries, for instance and could satisfy any taste. The location was good and unbeatable - ease of access to San Silvestro. Excellent services were available.

We had a superior queen room and views were spectacular. The setting was quite perfect and nice within easy reach of a wide canal.

Everything was modern, I recommend. The hotel was intimate, I enjoyed air conditioned rooms and knowledgeable staff. It was located close to a boat dock, easy for getting around Venice. I ate at a very convenient restaurant for breakfast. There was really nice bed, a terrace, a delightful balcony, and a safe.

The location was fantastic, you can visit San Marco by walking. I had brand-new triple room with the garden, bath, as example.

Overall it was a nice stay in our whole European vacation. The location of the hotel was very central, just off the nearest vaporetto stop, San Polo which is a lovely area of Venice with tourist shops and a maze.

The rooms were airy & beautifully designed with a breathtaking view of the the grand canel. The hotel was in a good and unbeatable position near the tourist area and shops and water taxi. Fantastic service, although a few employees were really rude.

The service was excellent, I had 2 excellent nights here. Comforts of air conditioned and top-class triple room with a view were fabulous. The venue was in a very central location close enough to the grand canal in San Polo district very close to Rialto Bridge, and San Marco or the accademia.

Well, it was a nice stay in our whole European vacation. The breakfast served was amazing and splendid with the view of the Grand Canal, organic milk, fresh baked croissants. The location was marvellous and quiet, and we could reach San Silvestro by walking.

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

Brand-new & fashionable unit with the terrace. Efficient stuff, friendly services, including plenty of fine delicacies.

Beds were a bit hard.

The room was good-sized and compact here with view on the garden.

Peaceful location, not too far from a museum gallery. Bright superior double room, very comfy beds.

Incredible breakfast, impressive triple room.

Had rich breakfasts with the view of the Grand Canal. The folks working here were pleasant and accommodating. The location was amazing and brilliant, walk from the train station. Dined at Ristorante Rosa Rossa, it was relatively near the venue.

Location: the hotel was just off shops, all major sights and the Grand Canal. I had local food for breakfast with good quality products.

Everything at this classy hotel was good as we expected. The view from our junior suite was nice. It was airy and bathroom included a Jacuzzi. Our accommodation was set in a very central location short walk to Burano as well as the Grand Canal.

it was a quirky and intimate hotel for a trip to venice. the room was airy and had a safe box, a mini bar and central heating as pictured in advertising. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. its location not very far from doge's palace was marvellous and brilliant. you guys made my stay excellent.

The unit we got was airy with beautiful view, a drink, for example. The location was central, really close to the Rialto bridge, the Grand Canal and Venice.

Everything there was perfect and the staff were efficient. We had a fashionable triple room with a magnificent view of city.

The breakfast is splendid, includes lots of meals. The location close to a boat dock is marvellous...

It had central location close to Riva del Carbon.

The location is brilliant, 5 minutes' walk to an ornate footbridge. And the area is beautiful so close to Venice as well as the Grand Canal. The triple room is heated with the bath and an amazing view plus the fridge.
