The place was fairly clean and had a quiet atmosphere. Had wonderful and elegant double room with a great ac and wake-up service was available in it. The setting was great and the staff were informative people who will book tours and events on request.

Appreciated cold buffet breakfast for vegetarians. Great and brilliant location, near to restaurants and cafes. Besides, easy to get to a grand showpiece square.

My twin room was charming little in good condition. I stayed here for 2 days and would come here again.

It was in a very central location, away to Lido beach. Really enjoyed the cold buffet breakfast for vegetarians and with nice food.

Bright and fairly clean place, great staff at all times. Great and brilliant location for our needs, right by St Marks square and basilica and the centre of Venice. Also, right next to the Bridge of Sighs.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to Saint Mark's Square. We had the quadruple room and it was beautiful with character.

Everything was fine, including very very helpful staff who will book tours and events on request. Booked a room with bathroom. The hotel was situated in the very central location to the islands of Venice.

The location was ideal and stunning for exploring this lovely area, really close to the waterfront, all the main sights of Venice and safe area. The economy double room was romantic, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.

It had marvellous and brilliant location with access to Saint Mark's Square nearby.

Had good sleep at the quadruple room in good condition. The location was great and brilliant - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square. It was located in a lovely area short walk to superb cafes and restaurants and San Marco's Square.

Its location a short walk to a Gothic church was great and brilliant. Also was near to restaurants and cafes. I went to a nice restaurant and greatly enjoyed the local dishes...

Excellent home base for discovering Venice with exceptionally kind and hospitable staff who will book tours and events on request. Incredible and beautiful setting minute walk from a bus station.

Too small bathroom.

The venue was cute little, I loved the location just off food store is in 10 minutes walking and St Mark's Square, Doge's palace and locations to board Grand Canal & Murano/ Burano boat rides, and city views.

Had a FINE stay for 3 nights, everything was perfectly fine. Nicely decorated room, a satellite television, a writing desk and a telephone were a nice surprise. The staff was very helpful, so I would stay here again.

Some of the staff were very unfriendly.

Fairly clean accommodation, amazingly kind and hospitable staff who will book tours and events on request. Breakfast for vegetarians. Incredible and particularly good location, a minute walk from a gothic-renaissance church. Walking distance to a bakery and shops across the street.

everything is excellent here, had a such great stay with jet 2 holidays. make sure to get double room with vaulted ceiling, the "shared" bathroom, for instance.

we were here for short break. we visited grand canal that was next to the hotel. large room.

We recommend the hotel to everyone as its location was fantastic. Interesting place for city break in Venice. Even the Marco Polo airport was not so far.
