The suite we stayed in were new-fashioned with pleasant temperature. The staff was excellent, brilliantly friendly, and everything was perfect.

The location was best possible - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The bedroom was a nice size and bright.

As for me, the area was bustling.

We really enjoyed spending 2 nights here. Stayed here during our trip, it was a pleasant experience. We had a comfortable bedroom. A bath was fairly clean and everything was modern. Very central location was a plus. It was about 0.5 km from the airport.

I stayed here 4 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and accommodating.

We truly enjoyed this place, everything was great. The room was spacious and bright, the location was magnificent very central. The restaurant was really nice and the staff were nice and great.

The staff was very responsive - I would definitely stop here again.

The location was convenient and optimal, short walk to the major sights and things, and the Bus Station. I was happy to find Alif Grill, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel and served nice food.

The staff is excellent and affable. The setting is magnificent and marvellous, just next door to all the main attractions, the Grand Canal and all the main sights. There is nearby Fontego delle Dolcezze to grab some food for the dinner.

We did not want to leave, would definitely recommend.

The venue's position was central.

There was elevator missing, I was a little disappointed.

The staff were helpful and excellent from the moment we arrived. The location in a vibrant area was absolutely perfect and excellent. Tried some takeout specials at Acqua e Mais, luckily it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The room was a nice size and air conditioned, the bathroom was clean. I really enjoyed that they had coffee, a sofa set, and air conditioning. The hotel was comfortable and incredibly beautiful and in a very central location.

Fairly clean place with outstandingly friendly staff. Perfect, optimal location in Venice, near the major sights and things and the Rialto Bridge. Situated only 1 km from an ornate footbridge.

The rooms are bright and lovely romantic here with comfortable bed, coffee machine, as example. The price is just right - £ 37.

The hotel was placed in the central location in restaurant next door.

The twin/double room was air conditioned and fabulous with a drink and coffee machine. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and glassware were a big plus.

Plus, the location is optimal, minutes from a wide canal. Overall the staff is fantastically friendly and excellent. The units are bright, lovely romantic with comfortable bed.

Suite was neat and new-fashioned with the terrace. Climate control and tea/coffee making equipment were available here too.

The personnel was excellent, and the owner too. The location was convenient, the room was romantic and new-fashioned. Spent our evenings in nearby Piccolo Bar, especially when it was hot outside.

it had very central location close to t fondaco dei tedeschi by dfs duty free store.

The location is nice, relatively near an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. And the area is vibrant close enough to all the main attractions in Venice, the centre of Venice and the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the centre of Venice as well as the main canal. Luckily it was close to Venchi Rialto, had pastries there when it was hot outside: )

The location couldn't be more great near the center. Moreover, it's just off the major sights and things to do, the Grand Canal and all the main attractions...

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from an ornate footbridge. Moreover, it was very close to the Rialto Bridge as well as shops.

The hotel was very clean with optimal location and modern rooms. Everything created a quiet atmosphere. Also, a satellite gallery was max 20 minutes walk to...

Double room was with satellite television, a personal safe and a work desk. The host upon arrival was friendly. Would definitely go back when in Venice, we didn't feel like leaving
