It offers a great and brilliant location and has lovely staff. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to center.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Had very lovely stay for three nights. We appreciated the king room which was huge. The location was quiet, in the centre of Venice with easy access to a bakery and shops. Cannaregio district was worth visiting.

the breakfast was gorgeous exactly as i hoped, with toasts and jam. the staff were lovely and the facilities were excellent.
