Chic and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is great. The location is incredible and amazing, in the center of Venice. It's also just next door to San Marco square, and the centre of the city. The staff is nice, accommodating.

Central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the guest room. Appetising meals.

Its rooms are nicely furnished and brand-new with inside curtains and a large sofa plus terrace. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the caring staff.

It has a marvellous and fantastic location adjacent to other points of interest, the Grand Canal, and Venice where nothing is cheap.

Overall it was nicely furnished and good-sized, with a functional bathroom.

We had the quadruple room and it was fancy with terrace.

The room we booked was brand-new and a decent size with a sky-high closet, good facilities, for instance as described. Thanks to the friendly staff everything was lovely, including lots of outstanding food.

The property was little and absolutely great and we had a fantastic stay. We spent 5 nights in quadruple room with the balcony. A terrace, a couch, and a sofa sleeper turned out to be good.

Excellent, incredible location in Venice, near to stores, San Marco square, and Venice late in the evening due to flight delays. And close to a cathedral church. Big size and fancy room & exceptionally comfortable bed. A lot of facilities such as: a terrace and a sofa.

The hotel itself was fairly clean and chic. It had a great location close enough to the Scuola Grande di San Teodoro, which regularly stages evening musical programs well worth the admission fee as well as Saint Mark's Square. I appreciated to spend time in the great Irish bar.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, near a grand showpiece square. I booked a room with a very clean bed, air conditioning, a TV set, and a hair dryer.

The hotel has a comfortable location in the centre of the city.

Everything was lovely, little hotel, the location was UNBEATABLE close to all attractions, water taxis, public transport, supermarkets and restaurants, and ferry terminal to/airport, city icons, shopping area and dinning place.

Its location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from an ornate footbridge. On top of that, canteens and restaurants were close to the property. I greatly enjoyed the stay from check-in to Irish bar with relaxing drinks.

The location was perfect and convenient - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square. The hotel itself was in a particularly great area, so close to 2 minute walk to a vaporetto, the Scuola Grande di San Teodoro, which regularly stages evening musical programs well worth the admission fee and all the sightseeing.

It was fairly clean and the staff were responsible, beds were very clean. The location was magnificent, at a moderate distance from a cathedral church.

The place was fairly clean with a very kind staff. We were upgraded to quadruple room with great view on check in. The food was delicious and the bar was great. The marvellous and incredible location was a 4-6 minute walk from St Mark's Basilica.

The unit we got was cheap and fancy with a large sofa, extreme good selection, for example. The location was magnificent, not too far from a wide canal.

Clean place with really kind staff members and canal views. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Coop. In the great area with canteens and restaurants close to the hotel.

Plenty of good food for meals. A nice size and airy room with a terrace, a large sofa, for instance as advertised. Ideal and convenient location in residence there, and 10 minute walk from a grand showpiece square.

Location near to the park, Venice late in the evening due to flight delays and the centre. For tea or coffee visit Suso Gelatoteca nearby😃

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museo Leonardo da Vinci was brilliant. The view from quadruple room was magnificent. The staff was accommodating & polite.
