Overall it was beautiful, with a private bathroom. The cost was £ 82.

The units were tastefully decorated with breakfast. There is a central heating, a work desk, and a TV - that's always a plus.

Every detail was great and I appreciated it. The bedroom was outstanding and beautiful. Central location of this authentic hotel was a bonus. And it was also just next door to the water fountain, surrounding shops and restaurants, and a nice area.

The place was delightful, we greatly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous and particularly good, very close to The Grave of a Nazi Dog. Found in the ideal area near Train station & water taxi and the harbour, the hotel offered good prices.

My room was big overlooking city.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

It is a delightful property located in Cannaregio district short walk to train station and water bus station, and excellent restaurants and coffee. The venue is placed in a central position to the 'Guigli' stop

Authentic hotel in a pretty quiet area so close to a cheaper market area, train station, water buses and sights and airport, train station and water bus to other islands of Venice. Good location, a short way from everywhere. Nearby Osteria Sottobanco - great place to chill out.

Everything was perfect with reasonably large rooms. Location: the hotel was just next door to the bus stop, and water buses. It also was to return to the B & B in the local neighborhood is very comforting many fine cafe's in area & location of water taxis is perfect...

The location was great and unbeatable right on the canal, you may take train on Venezia Santa Lucia train station within 10 minutes walk from here.
