The breakfast with homemade food available was enjoyable. Wonderful and helpful staff who were always there to help. I found the hotel's location marvellous and awesome, so close to the Railway Station and Right on the Grand Canal.

the staff were welcoming, the breakfast was gorgeous and everything was good. the room was spacious and huge and immaculately clean when i arrived. the location was excellent and incredible, walk from a train station, so it was really easy to travel around. plus, i was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic jewish quarter.

Nice place for discovering Venice. Professional people working here. Reasonably large units with an amazing view. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Absolutely perfect, exceptionally nice location so close to the train station and the bus station. Also, to San Marco square. Simply nothing to complain about, brilliant stay.

Booked a room with SUPERB views over a garden. The location was great and good - near restaurants and bars. I had coffee at Gelateria Alaska, located within 10 minutes walk. I liked to be nearby a bus stop.

The location was magnificent, next to the pier, convenient to go everywhere. Santa Croce district was worth exploring. The room was outstanding and huge with a view, I had a good rest.

Enjoyed the triple room I was given, it had a dishwasher, an electric kettle and climate control. The location was marvellous and awesome for traveling around Venice, really close to the Canal-recommended, the bus station & train station and the main areas. There was dessert restaurant Gelateria Alaska, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel: )
