My 3 nights in Venice were amazing. Overall it was great-sized with a comfortable bed. The location was great, the staff were affable.

I liked the room with basic facilities. The hotel was set in a very central area just off a very nice restaurant named Murovenezia San Stae, most cafes in Venice, and San Marcos square. Santa Croce district was worth staying in.

Will come back, thoroughly enjoyed its great location. It has helpful, really kind staff.

The atmosphere created was quiet.

Great place to stay 1 km away from an ornate footbridge. Very big bed, spacious bathroom and a small kitchen and a writing table in the room. The view from the window to garden. Amiable staff, particularly good location to the boat public transportation stop. Based close to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square, St Mark's Square, and a beautiful area that was close to walking, shops, and the water for taxis.

Awesome very central location just next door to the centre within 15 minutes, vaporetto station and a very nice restaurant. The staff was really kind, always on hand when needed.

It was a quite comfortable stay, great place. Everything was good, awesome location in the maze, the stuff were nice.

Got economy quadruple room with a comfortable bed as expected, greatly enjoyed it. The location was great and the staff members were absolutely fantastic!

it is a great property located in santa croce district adjacent to the san stae vaporetto stop on the grand canal, san marco's square and a beautiful area that was close to walking, shops, and the water for taxis. the staff is helpful, and the owner too. the ambiance is quiet. the hotel is in a particularly good location within walking distance of many sights. i recommend, thank you.

We booked economy quadruple room with a comfortable bed, basic facilities plus tea/coffee. Had very central location in centre of Venice.

And its 15 km from Marco Polo airport. The stuff is affable as well as hotel's host.

Overall it was modern with a comfortable bed.

Elevator was missed, we were a little disappointed.

We appreciated spending 2 nights here. Everything was good, nice staff made our stay quite comfortable.

My room was modern and soundproof with a personal bathroom.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. The location was marvellous, easy to get everywhere from here vaporetto station is 1min walk and the interior design was really cute.

My room included an electric kettle, a mini-refrigerator and a microwave. The location was wonderful and lovely: a convenience shop and a small supermarket were within walking distance. It was located in a really quiet area.

Location: the hotel was not far from the square, the Vaporetto stops, and the centre within 15 minutes. Bar Pizzone was 300 metres away from the place😀
