Exceptionally clean and airy units with very comfortable bed and the private bath, and really kind staff.

Food options are gorgeous. Pleasant and amicable staff as one would expect. The venue is placed in a central position close to shops and restaurants. A restaurant is about 500 metres from here.

The room was big size with very comfortable bed, had excellent experience. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge were a nice touch. The staff was pleasant and welcoming - I would stay here again.

What a lovely stay, nothing too much trouble. Neat, modern unit with the private bath, and very, very nice staff. Amazing and incredible location, at a short distance from Academy Bridge. Pleasant restaurant for gorgeous meal.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was amazing, with particularly good and stunning location short walk to restaurants and bars, the airport, and St Mark's Square. I thoroughly enjoyed the big size room with very comfortable bed, access to Netflix which was great, for instance...

The hotel boasts central location down a side alley. And it's nestled in an amazing building adjacent to water taxi, seconds walk from bars and shops and restaurants. The double room overlooks river and includes coffee & tea makers and a fridge.

The units are tidy, extremely spacious with comfortable bed, the private bath, as example. The location is amazing and fantastic, 2 km from a cathedral church.

Every detail there was amazing. We had brand-new rooms with access to Netflix, a shared bathroom, very comfortable bed and the staff were amiable. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from a wide canal was reasonable. The airport was 15 km away.

perfect and magnificent location, a short way from everywhere. for shots visit osteria alla bifora, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
