The location was top and peaceful - ease of access to a public museum. There were large, perfect rooms with a private bathroom as well as kitchen.

Perfect location not too far away from a wide canal. Fantastic staff at all times. Choose deluxe queen room with a private bathroom, kitchen, as example.

Stay here was really good, I did not want to leave there. The location turned out to be top and quiet, close enough to the airport, which are fab for getting around Venice on, and restaurants, shopping and other sights. Before bed I went to Osteria Alla Bifora for a nightcap, it's an easy walk to the hotel.

The location is marvellous as it's near to a water bus with good restaurants nearby, the Grand Canal and a nice neighbourhood and Grand Canal vaporetto stop.

Overall clean place with garden views and fantastic stuff. Location - excellant and amazing not far from a bridge close to the B & B, a water bus and a vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal. For tea or coffee visit Gelateria il Doge nearby. Great place for exploring Venice.

Well-maintained accommodation with quiet setting close to a water bus with good restaurants nearby, restaurants and tourist spots and the grand canal and all of the water buses, which are fab for getting around Venice on.
