Everything is great, the room is spotless and beautifully designed with very high ceiling and a proper bed. Nice restaurant, freshly made food, people working here are courteous. The location is marvellous and stunning, restaurants and bars where close to the hotel.

Overall had really enjoyable stay on vacation. Its staff was affable and amicable. The room was huge with comfy beds and a nice decor.

We thoroughly enjoyed this great budget hotel. The staff were very very helpful and excellent and had a sense of humour. The room of place was a nice size and attractive with spare bed for our daughter. Everywhere there was clean. Magnificent central location near to an old church, convenient local shops, and Piazza San Marco. It also was in the center of Venice.

Everything was perfectly fine, fantastic location not far from the Campo Santa Maria Formosa and the beautiful calle del paradiso as well as the Palazzo Ducale, very helpful staff. The room was a nice size and beautiful old with nice view and a very comfortable bed plus great veiw of the canel and the overall experience on vacation was really enjoyable. The design was lovely.

The location is particularly good and incredible, 1 km from a grand showpiece square. It is nestled in a really quiet area just next door to San Marco, tourist activities and gondolas.

I had a great experience here, everything was excellent, the location was magnificent very close to the main attractions and good restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel rooms were functional and neat with a good view, large windows plus all the facilities.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to Saint Mark's Square. The staff was excellent and amicable and we truly enjoyed it. Our room was stylish and charming old with spare bed for our daughter.

I got clean and authentic room with a safe, central heating, and a work desk. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

Gorgeous place to stay during the trip. Perfect 10/10 experience and exceptionally nice and accommodating staff. Good looking and great-sized room with modern style bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows. Savoury breakfast for the start of the day with delicous freshly baked croissants, a lovely view and jam. You guys made our stay brilliant. Everything was fine, nice location to many places of interest, the staff were amicable. Location: the hotel was close to the shops and the bus stops, the Campo Santa Maria Formosa and the beautiful calle del paradiso and a vivid square. Castello district was worth exploring. Our room was lovely old and huge with great veiw of the canel and very high ceiling. The breakfast had plenty of options: coffee and croissants.

And the area was nice, next to the centre of Venice, close to Rialto and San Marco, Rialto Bridge, and shops. This small hotel offers lots of beautifully designed rooms. I must comment on its very central location - it was exceptional. Castello district deserves to be explored.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - within walking distance of Doge's Palace. There were restaurants and bakeries next door...
