Competent staff, delightful views of the sea, everything is perfect. The units are air-conditioned, beautifully designed. External bathroom is well presented.

marvellous location for our needs, really close to main venice attractions, san marco tower, and san marco square. clean and attractive rooms with comfortable couches, great views, as for instance, great breakfasts.
