Had a wonderful stay with my baby, we spent 4 nights here, everything was perfect. The location was amazing, you can visit San Samuele by walking. The staff was amiable and I would stay here again.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 4 nights, even so everything was perfect. Overall it was fashionable with modern decor. The room had an electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Academy Bridge. The whole experience was absolutely amazing, nothing too much trouble, would recommend:)))

Overall clean, small hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Modern and brand-new room provided with a bath-tub as well as modern decor. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Perfect and absolutely incredible location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Zattere. Truly enjoyed pretty quiet area.

Breakfast with pastries and tea- coffee and yoghurts. Unbeatable and absolutely incredible location in Venice and near a bus stop. Found in a quiet area.
