Ideal and exceptionally clean place, very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Coffee and chocolate for breakfast with purified water. Convenient and handy location - minutes from the train station. Good restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.

The location was great and the room was immaculately clean. Overall it was impeccably clean and huge with 2 shared baths. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, some of the best in Venice.

The venue was quiet, I loved the stay and the location was unbeatable so close to the airport by boat, the main attractions in Venice and the bus stop and the center. Booked a guest room with 2 shared baths.

Totally excellent stay for short visit. Everything was very good, affable staff, marvellous location really close to tourist attractions, Venice by train and the bus stop and the center. The breakfasts with purified water. Early check-in, late check-out.

Refrigerators, kitchenware and a washing machine are a nice touch. The location is central, short walk to Realto bridge, the Island, and Venice. The staff is affable, offer an early check-in and late check-out.

Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We dined out at Remida, set minute walk from the hotel. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided. We greatly enjoyed the property and will definitely go back there again...
