Magnificent and comfortable location in Venice, very close to good connection to the whole city of Venice, and the channel from the train station and transportation hub. Plentiful breakfast, especially coffee, tea, milk, yoghourt, and fruit. Very very helpful and thoughtful staff and attention to detail.

The location is central. Can't wait to go back, a perfect stay during this vacation.

New-fashioned & absolutely perfect unit with coffee excellent, tea and a fresh coffee machine. A huge variety of food for breakfast including breads and pastries.

Particularly good location right by the canal, easy to get anywhere. New-fashioned and huge units available with a table in the bedroom, very comfortable beds and tea. A great selection of fresh food for meals.

It has ideal, fantastic setting, close to the train/bus station for getting into-and-out of Venice as well as the supermarket. 400 metres are distance to the restaurant.

Really enjoyed the place, had a great stay during this vacation. The location of the hotel was particularly good, down an alleyway. Plus, it was close to train station and transport links into Venice & islands, the Train and the airport.

Overall had really lovely stay during this vacation. Its location was magnificent and perfect close to canal. Moreover, it was really close to train station and boat stop, all other areas of Venice and both train and bus stations.

I enjoyed to be here, everything was ideal. Double room I stayed at was large with dedicated bathroom for use. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a plus. The hotel was set in a central area not far from the train station & Piazzale Roma. After long day I visited Punto G for a couple of drinks.

We stayed in neat and huge room with very comfortable beds, and enjoyed it. Had magnificent and perfect location by the canal.

I was happy, the double room I booked came with dedicated bathroom for use, coffee EXCELLENT, for instance. There were coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator upon arrival. Location: the hotel was so close to trains, Venice, and plenty of shops. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bacareto da Lele.

its location a 10-15 minute walk from a stone arch bridge was unbeatable and incredible. the double room was huge with a very comfortable bed, external bathroom plus coffee.

Fab fruit and milk at breakfast. Marvellous and easy location, 10 minutes' walk to a wide canal.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - within easy walking distance of an imposing Gothic-style church. It was a great area, a fantastic base for me.
