Everything was great, stunning location next to the centre of Venice and all touristic places, very welcoming staff. A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was fresh. All in all a really comfortable stay, the venue met required needs.

The location turned out to be marvellous and amazing, just off main attractions and the water bus, all touristic places in the city and bridges. It also was down a quiet canal from a vaporetto stop.

The property was fantastic little with exceptionally nice staff. The location was good for Venice, close to a vaporetto stop, San Stae boat station and was all part of the mystery of Venice. I spent a very lovely time here, would recomand to anyone.

Absolutely amazing place with excellent staff and good food. Great breakfast, especially croissants, fresh fruit, and cheese. Exceptionally nice location in a maze of calles, Venetian style building. Based close enough to the water bus, the center of town, and all the stops.

Really good and polite staff always on hand. A huge variety of freshly made food for meals.

The location was marvellous and beautiful, 15 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. We also went to city centre, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

TBH, the room was very dark, we expected better.

I had a such wonderful experience here, everything was good, the location was magnificent close enough to all touristic places and water taxi. Stylish units with an internal bathroom, and the staff were affable! The food was freshly made, reasonably priced.

It was reasonably priced. The property was amazing and we had a NICE stay. The location was easy, within walking distance of Silvia.

Employees were attentive and rooms were very big. Birraria la Corte, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Nothing too much trouble, a good experience, ca n't wait to go back.

Furthermore, I could use free Wi-Fi. The restaurant was located within 900 feet.
