Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was excellent and amazing short walk to the center of Venice, the waterbus, shops, restaurants, and attractions and Italy. We recommend this venue, spent here quiet 3 nights.

We had a silent queen room facing canal. Its location was stunning, on the Grand Canal, and in a beautiful area. The place was within short walking distance to Osteria da Alberto, where you can have dinner.

The venue was nice, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing just off many shops, and restaurants, shops and Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The quadruple room with a stunning view had all necessary amenities.

We liked this family-friendly hotel. The staff was very friendly, kind all the time. Booked double room, had a wonderful stay for two nights. The breakfast included croissants, breads, and cheese. The setting was quite stunning within easy reach of an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

The breakfast was delicious and tasty exactly as I hoped, with excellent coffee and croissants, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near to bars, restaurants and all the touristic things to see, central Venice, and a quiet residential area in central Venice. Cafe Bar Pasticceria Pitteri located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The place was reasonably priced. Well, it was a wonderful stay for two nights. The breakfast was savoury, I loved croissants, breads and cheese. The location was stunning, within a close distance from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge...
