The breakfast is sensational, with nice bread and excellent fresh coffee made to order by the attendant, as example. The location is good in a quiet area, just next door to So close to centre, Saint Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Rialto public transport station and Close to Rialto Bridge. San Marco district deserves your attention.

Their breakfast option with very rare in Venice and oatmeal is excellent and fine, put others we have been to shame! The location is particularly good and fantastic, in a very cramped area.

Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave there, I will definitely go back there again. Everything was very good, the wifi was fast. The breakfast spread was good and sensational.

Overall clean hotel in a really nice building just next door to many great sites, shopping and restaurants, the casa coppo square, and the center of the commercial / historical area. Newly remodelled rooms with nice bathroom, efficient and cooperative staff.

Booked a reasonably spacious and silent room with having a desk at the entrance and comfortable beds. Great and stunning location - right at a picture gallery. Set in a very quite area near a taxi to the drop off point where the water ferries start, San Marco, restaurants and Rialto water bus and key attractions such as St Marks Square and the high-end shops.

Well, it was a such wonderful stay for our last two nights away. The view from the double room was stunningly beautiful. The breakfast was satisfactory with incredibly nice personnel. The location was great - just 5 minutes' walk from Saint Mark's Square. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very unfriendly staff!

We where moved to a double room with the aircon and twin beds. The great and absolutely perfect location was metres from a grand showpiece square.

The units are silent, spotless with a couch, hairdryer, for example.

The bathrooms are very small.

The continental breakfast was satisfactory, had plenty of options. Location: the hotel was right by Venice, San Marco, and a water taxi. Plus I reached a grand showpiece square in 10 minutes by foot. It was as expected, had a quite comfortable stay of 2 comfortable nights.

Got continental breakfasts with excellent fresh coffee made to order by the attendant and yogart, for instance. We had a separate bathroom. The location was incredible and awesome for walking around a cathedral church...

The whole place was clean and the staff were very, very nice and courteous. The rooms were spacious and silent with free Wi-Fi. It was surely a really great stay of 2 comfortable nights.

Our deluxe queen room was complete with plenty hot water in the bathrooms, having a desk at the entrance plus safe. Location: the hotel was near to St Marks square and Venice.

We didn't like that there was breakfast missing, were a little disappointed.

Worth its 3 stars. It is found in a calm area. There's Skk serving quick orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.

My room was with a shower, a plus for me. There is a good food option within 100 m - Ai Mercanti. Location, an easy walk to all attractions
