the setting was quite great and incredible within easy reach of san marco. the staff members were all outstandingly accommodating and amiable.

Everything was perfect, had an excellent stay for one or two nights. Good location exactly where we wanted to be minute walk from a bus stop. A local supermarket and local supermarkets were right next door. The room was spotless and amazing with bath, private bathroom, for instance...

Everything is amazing here, had a GOOD stay for one or two nights. The building is amazing and the rooms are a nice size with private bathroom and comfortable beds. The rate is £ 100, satisfied. The location is unbeatable and comfortable and just next door to both San Marco, the centre of Venice and the channel and the street. San Polo district won't disappoint you. Would definitely go back, nothing to complain about, appreciated our stay.

Clean property with outstandingly accommodating and affable staff. Breakfast with yogurt and pastries, for example. Magnificent location in the busy area, right by restaurants and kiosks, everything, like restaurants, supermarket and shops, and the centre of the Venice. Easy walk to a renaissance church. The nicest place to stay when travelling to Venice.

Careless staff!
