The location was UNBEATABLE, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a grand showpiece square. Plus, it was just next door to ferry's, the vaporetto to Murano and St Mark's square, about 45 minutes or more by ferry alone.

our experience here was enjoyable. we were there for 1 day, everything was great, enjoyed its great location very close to the vaporetto to murano&burano and st mark's square. the double room was air-conditioned and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. amiable and helpful staff, provided information if needed.

It is a quiet property located in Cannaregio district so close to more by ferry alone as well as Venice. The rooms are nicely decorated and generally offer coffee and air conditioning...

The room was nicely decorated and air-conditioned, had private bathroom. A shower, a hair dryer and a bidet were a plus.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a very comfortable time. The room was well decorated and air conditioned and included climate control, an iron and a work desk, truly enjoyed it.
