Everything was great, excellent location in the heart of the city, the staff were very-very nice.

The location was great and brilliant for exploring this lovely area, close to vaporetto station. Again, it was near Apollo Victoria Theatre. They gave us an exceptionally comfortable and very pretty room with good AC, a full length mirror plus a lovely comfy large double bed.

It was a really comfortable stay on holidays, would be happy to recommend this hotel. We liked the very central location and how tidy the place was kept. We booked a double room with a clean bathroom.

Had a triple room, and we liked it. The location was good and excellent - short walk to all the main landmarks, main shopping street with lots of shops and the St Mark cathedral. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Cannaregio district.

Nothing to complain about, we would definitely go again. Perfectly clean place, staff are amicable, location is particularly good and excellent. The units are well-kept, functional.

The hotel's position was perfect and convenient, just next door to vaporetto station on gran canal, all the main points of interest in the city and the restaurant. The staff there were exceptionally welcoming and very friendly.

Superb base for staying in the centre of Venice. Exceptionally comfortable and very pretty unit with character. Central heating, an iron, and a work desk were convenient. Fantastic stay on holidays.

We stayed in the double room that was new-fashioned and with lovely bed. It had an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware. Really enjoyed our stay at hotel and would use them next time.

Will certainly stay here again if in Venice. Overall the place is clean and beautifully decorated, it met what was needed. It has very, very nice and incredible stuff. Magnificent and amazing location, a train station is close to the hotel. Cannaregio district deserves your time and attention.

Had perfectly pleasant stay on holidays and the weather was warm. The staff served fresh bread, cereal, pastries, and cheese for breakfast.

Totally wonderful stay on holidays. Perfectly clean place & fantastically friendly and amiable staff. Amazing location in Cannaregio district close enough to a quiet alley way right next to a main strip, the train station and incredible food beautiful shops and the train line. Also, to the nearest water taxi that took us straight to the airport. Brand-new, functional unit with an old style shower curtain and a bathroom.

Amicable and accommodating staff as one would expect. It is set in a good area, close to a main street and a cathedral. We would recommend it to all as staying here was pleasant.

Everything was perfect, had a lovely stay on holidays. The venue was set in the very central position right by a quiet alley way right next to a main strip, San Marco and clean. Moreover, it was 2 km from a grand showpiece square.

This hotel is equal to 2 stars. There's Tappa Obbligatoria with nice shots minutes from the venue👍

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

We had the economy double room and it was air-conditioned. Bacino Orseolo is near to the hotel. Btw, it's not too far from city center. Fast check-in, efficient check-out.
