Nice and informative staff, couldn't ask for more. I stayed at the double room with canal view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable here.

The restaurant food is local, and the breakfast offered is delicious and sensational with cheese, cake and a cappucino. The staff are very very helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet. I would stay there again, the place met the criteria.

Quiet unit with a vintage decor.

It was bright, huge and with a view.

We asked for twin/double room and it was modest with a nice view. The location offered was unbeatable and exceptionally nice so close to the bus station and the vaporotti stop, railway and good restaurants.

Loved the location very close to all the Venice landmarks. I had some drinks at Al Terminal, positioned 500 metres away. The room was great-sized and what's more - included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

I truly enjoyed staying in this lovely little small hotel. The location was perfect, close to the railway stations and the bus stations, railway, and all major attractions, the university, restaurants, and the central transportation hub in Venice and easily accessible. Besides, an imposing Gothic-style church was 1 km away from the property.

All in all everything was absolutely fine, had a very good stay for 5 nights. I booked twin/double room, it was modest and complete with great view very spacious and high walls plus a couch.

Vintage rooms and nicely decorated with lovely decor, shower curtain, as example. Very very helpful staff and delicious breakfasts with toast, proper coffee and cheese. Located walk from a train station, easy to get everywhere.

No reason to complain, thanks a lot for a perfect stay. The venue is tidy, with excellent and fantastic location so close to a short alley to the `` main '' entrance as well as the bus stations. The hotel provides delicious breakfast with cake and cheese and fresh rolls.

All the employees were pretty friendly and amicable and smiled at me. The location was magnificent and perfect as for me, near to Very close to many restaurants, the rail station and water taxi or the people mover that runs between Pizzale Roma and the cruise ship terminal. Dorsoduro district was worth staying in.

The location is perfect and very close to the church at the end of the square, S, and San Marco.

The place was relaxing and fairly clean. Central location was a plus. Btw, went to city centre, located within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Our spotless and modest room was equipped with lovely decor as well as a wonderful view. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators too. This hotel had a central position in cafes.
